Craig H. Patterson serves as the Sr. Vice President of Development at NAI Legacy since March 2021, focusing on tax-efficient commercial real estate investment solutions. As the Owner of CP Development since September 2020, Craig H. Patterson oversees the planning and development of commercial projects for investors and third-party clients. Previous positions include Vice President of Development at Kraus-Anderson, Regional Manager at Marcus & Millichap, and Principal/Vice President at NSJ Equities, LLC/NAI Everest, among others. Craig H. Patterson has extensive experience in managing large-scale commercial real estate projects, including site selection, financing, and municipal entitlements. Craig H. Patterson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University.
