Michelle Seabury

Michelle Seabury is an experienced executive assistant with a strong background in commercial real estate and project management. Currently serving as Executive Assistant Operations at NAI NorCal since August 2022, Michelle previously held the position of Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO at Compass, where responsibilities included managing relationships and overseeing significant real estate transactions. Additional experience includes a role as Special Projects Manager at IgadI, Ltd., where coordination of various projects for a 100+ person company was key, and as Executive Assistant at Savills North America, supporting senior executives and facilitating office operations. Michelle’s earlier roles include teaching for Teach For America and providing administrative support across various organizations. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Lake Forest College.
