Laurel Marquardt

Laurel Marquardt, CPA has a diverse work history spanning several industries and roles. Laurel began their career at Valley Bank, where they served as an Audit Supervisor and later as the VP of Bank Accounting. During their time at Valley Bank, Laurel streamlined accounting processes and managed a team of 25 employees. Laurel then transitioned to Insurance Services, Inc., where they held the position of Business Manager/Secretary/Treasurer. In this role, Laurel was responsible for various financial and administrative activities, including overseeing the integration of ISI into HRH operating model after its sale in 2004. Laurel then joined HRH as the SVP/Business Manager at the Appleton location, where they handled accounting, finance, HR, and facilities activities. Laurel successfully implemented company-wide metrics and led the merger of accounting/HR activities into the statewide system.
