Jeff Chandler

Jeff Chandler is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and business analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll Accountant at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) since October 2019, Chandler previously held the position of Financial Business Analyst at Hallmark Cards from July 2017 to October 2019. Prior to that, a long tenure at JE Dunn Construction as a Payroll Specialist spanned from March 1994 to July 2017. In addition to industry roles, Chandler contributed to academia as an Online Adjunct Instructor in History and Political Science at Iowa Central Community College between November 2012 and September 2014. Early career experience includes being a Licensed Agent at Bankers Life, where marketing health and life insurance solutions formed the focus. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in History from Missouri Western State University and a Master of Arts in American History from the American Public University System.
