Monica Cole-Rowe CISSP is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners since December 2024, Monica previously held the same title at Mazuma Credit Union and MRowe Consulting. Monica's career includes significant positions such as Director of Information Security at MidCountry Financial Corp and Information Security Officer at Midwest Information Technology Solutions. With a robust background in developing and implementing information security programs, cybersecurity policy, and incident response, Monica also holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology Leadership from Fort Hays State University and an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Johnson County Community College.
