Topher Hughes, CPA, PhD, currently serves as an Accreditation and Financial Examination Specialist and P&C Financial Analyst at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) since July 2021, focusing on financial analysis of insurance companies through SAP and GAAP filings and developing Tableau dashboards.
