David Weiss is an experienced project manager with a robust background in transportation engineering. Since June 2019, Weiss has been with Naik Consulting Group, PC, where major transportation engineering projects are managed. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Arup, focusing on developing specifications and innovative concepts involving autonomous vehicle technology, and extensive work at NYC Transit as Senior Director, where foundational documents and real-time systems were developed. Weiss has held significant positions in various organizations, including President of the Transportation Research Forum NY Chapter and the Metropolitan Railway Club of NY, and has served as Chair of the IEEE NY Section. Education includes an MBA in Operations Research from Baruch College and an MS in Mathematics from The Ohio State University.
