Joseph Shafer, P.E, ENV SP, is a civil engineer with extensive experience in project supervision and management. Currently, Joseph serves as a Resident Engineer and Deputy Construction Manager at Naik Consulting Group, PC, overseeing utility relocation and street work for subway installations since July 2022. Previously, Joseph worked at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection from November 2015 to July 2022, where responsibilities included supervising civil engineering projects, contract management, and system research for wastewater facilities. Joseph's earlier roles included construction inspection and civil engineering internships, complemented by a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, earned in 2015.
