Richard Connelly

Richard Connelly is a Senior Communications Engineer at Naik Consulting Group, PC, with a tenure beginning in October 2020. Prior to this role, Richard served as Communications Technical Lead at HDR from April 2018 to October 2020, where responsibilities included testing and commissioning communications systems for the Cortlandt St WTC project. From January 1998 to October 2020, Richard held various positions at MTA New York City Transit, starting as Maintenance Supervisor Level 1, overseeing the SONET and Asynchronous Fiber optic network, and progressing to Maintenance Supervisor Level 2, where Richard managed communication installations for major projects including the 7 Extension and 2nd Avenue.
