D. P. Naiknavare

Teacher, Manager, Technocrat, Entrepreneur and Chief Mentor, Shri D.P. Naiknavare - Dadasaheb donned many hats. In an illustrious career spanning over six decades, Dadasaheb, a Mechanical & Electrical engineer, worked with several top-notch engineering firms. Not one to sit idle, after his retirement from Dodsal in 1985, he started Naiknavare Developers Pvt. Ltd., along with his two sons and daughter-in-law. The first project in Pune was Prashanta, a single building with only 17 flats. Since then, his vision and guidance assisted the company in moving into diverse areas such as hospitality, manufacturing, education, etc.
