Rick Kleinhans

Rick Kleinhans is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in the e-commerce and cryptocurrency sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO of Nile since October 2020, Rick leads the development of a B2B marketplace focused on enhancing food trading processes. Prior to Nile, Rick held various roles at Luno from March 2016 to September 2020, including Engineering Manager and Mobile Lead, contributing to secure cryptocurrency solutions. Rick's earlier career includes significant positions at Activitar, YCM 2030, Baobab Logic, Marula.io, and Activity Explorer, focusing on web development, business strategy, and full-stack engineering. Rick holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Stellenbosch University.
