Nicolas DELCLAUD has worked in several roles in the engineering industry since 2003. Nicolas began their career as a Mechanical Designer at TLD, where they designed frames for aircraft towing tractors. In 2004, they moved to HL Display France, where they provided technical support for the French and Spanish markets. Later that year, they joined Radiall as a Mechanical Designer, where they developed and standardized multi-contact connectors and embedded systems for civilian and military aviation. In 2019, they joined Naïo Technologies as a Mechatronics Industrialization Project Manager, where they are involved in an innovation process to provide sustainable agriculture. Their goal is to ensure that the founding actors of food production are working in the best conditions while preserving the environment.

Nicolas DELCLAUD's education history consists of four degrees. Nicolas completed a BEP in Productique Mecanique Usinage at Lycee Jean Monnet from 1995 to 1997. Nicolas then obtained a Baccalaureat Sciences et techniques industrielles in Productique Mecanique from Lycee Jean Monnet from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, they earned a BTS (Bac+2) in Microtechniques from Lycee Pre de Cordy. Lastly, they obtained a Licence Professionnelle (Bac +3) in Ingenierie des microtechnologies biomédicales from Polytech'Tours in 2001-2002.
