Jim Villa

Jim Villa serves as a Board Member at NAIOP since January 2023 and has held the position of CEO at NAIOP Wisconsin since May 2016. Additionally, Jim Villa is the Executive Director of REACH Real Estate Alliance for Charity, a role undertaken since November 2020, and previously held the position of Executive Director at the same organization from December 2007 to April 2014. Jim Villa's experience includes serving as Vice President for University Relations at the University of Wisconsin System from April 2014 to May 2016 and as President and CEO of the Commercial Association of REALTORS Wisconsin from December 2007 to April 2014. Earlier roles include Enterprise Account Manager at HCL Hewlett Packard, Chief of Staff to the County Executive in Milwaukee County, and Chief of Staff for State Senator Alberta Darling. Jim Villa is a Marquette University graduate, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
