Frank Baird

Frank Baird is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in project development, asset management, and corporate real estate solutions. Currently serving as a Foundation Governor at NAIOP since September 2017, Frank has been the Chief Executive Officer and a partner at Capital Associates since 1986, where responsibilities include developing major office buildings and providing leasing and sales brokerage services. Previous roles include Vice President of Development at Southland Investment Properties, where numerous office buildings were developed in the Las Colinas area, and Vice President of Real Estate at United Fidelity Life Insurance Company, where a corporate headquarters was constructed. Frank began his career as Vice President of Office Development at Las Colinas, managing properties and overseeing development projects. Educational credentials include a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Finance from The University of Dallas.
