Scott Landers, P.E., is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, leadership, and strategic development. As Co-Founder and CEO of Figure 8 since 2019, Scott has focused on providing digital solutions for multi-unit restaurants. In addition, Scott serves as a Board Member for the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board, Naked Farmer, and Black and Mobile, contributing to strategic initiatives in conservation, market positioning, and technology. Previous roles include Director of Off-Site at Dig Inn, Engineering Manager at OptiRTC, and Water Resources Engineer at Geosyntec Consultants. Scott holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an Associate's Degree in Mathematics from Paris Junior College.
