Anna Blackman

Anna Blackman is an experienced executive in finance and operational management with a focus on impact-driven organizations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Group CFO at CIPFA since January 2024, Anna also holds roles as CFO and COO with Kind Human and as Independent Chair of the Audit Committee for UK Athletics. Additionally, Anna is an angel investor and COO at FormScore, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and product development. Involvement with Naked Sprout as a CFO Board Advisor and with InsideOut LeaderBoard as a Board Trustee highlights a commitment to mental health advocacy in the workplace. Anna's previous experience at PwC as a Partner involved strategic decision-making and managing complex programs. Anna is a Chartered Public Finance Accountant and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Portsmouth.
