Justin McDole

Justin McDole, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Retention Marketing at Naked & Thriving since February 2025. Prior to this role, Justin accumulated extensive experience at Holley from July 2019 to February 2025, where positions included Senior Manager of CRM, CRM & Marketing Automation Manager, Email Marketing Manager, and Email Marketing Specialist. Earlier career experience includes a role as Marketing & Advertising Assistant at Fruit of the Loom, Inc. from May 2015 to July 2019, Orientation Liaison at the WKU Academic Transitions Program, Site Supervisor at YMCA of the USA, and Lab Assistant for American Sign Language Studies. Justin holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Data Analytics from Western Kentucky University, earned in May 2023, and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a minor in American Sign Language from the same institution, completed in 2016.
