Mutammim Sharif

Mutammim Sharif has extensive experience in community leadership and training management across various organizations. Currently serving as Community Lead at Nakheel since December 2014, Mutammim previously held the position of Community Senior Supervisor. Prior to Nakheel, experience includes a role as Training Manager at Free Lights Marketing, overseeing sales team and retail training initiatives from August 2011 to October 2021. Earlier career highlights include serving as Complain Handling Manager at SALIK RTA and as Training Specialist at Showtime (OSN), where responsibilities encompassed training needs assessment, workshop development, and impact reporting. Mutammim holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Sharjah College (Houston Clear Lake University), completed between 1997 and 2001.
