Simon Tomes

Simon Tomes is an experienced professional in the technology and testing sectors, currently serving as the Community Lead at the Ministry of Testing since May 2021, advocating for a global community of practice. In addition to this role, Simon co-produces and hosts a podcast with wife Emma, focusing on fertility treatment insights. Previously, Simon co-founded TestBuddy Ltd and Qeek Limited, developing innovative SaaS products and services aimed at enhancing product development. Simon has also held various positions, including Lead QA Tester at Improbable and Agile Coach at OVO, where collaborative methodologies improved team outcomes. An educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
