Sameh Aly has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sameh is currently the Director of Customer Excellence at Nakheel since September 2021. Before that, they founded and served as the CEO of a real estate strategy consultancy from March 2019 to August 2021. Sameh has also worked at DAMAC Properties for several years, where they held various management roles including Head of Client Relations & Operations, Director of Client Relations & Head of Handover, Senior Manager of Business Development, and Manager of CRM. Prior to DAMAC, Sameh worked at Mashreq Bank, where they were the District Service Quality Manager and Assistant Branch Manager. Sameh started their career at Citi as a District Sales Manager. Sameh's expertise lies in customer relations, operations management, business development, and service quality.

Sameh Aly earned a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Ain Shams University between 1993 and 1997. Later, in 1998 and 1999, Sameh obtained a Diploma of Education in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the British Council. In 2006 and 2007, Sameh received a Black Belt in Six Sigma from Mashreq Bank. In 2010, Sameh became certified in Professional Owners Association Management from RERA. Most recently, in 2019 and 2020, Sameh pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing as a Certified Consultant from the American University in Dubai.
