Faraz Ahmed is the current Chief Technology Officer at Nakisa. Faraz has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry.

Ahmed started their career as a lecturer at Punjab University College of Information Technology, where they taught courses on programming, data structures, and algorithms. Faraz also conducted research on dynamic extensibility in software during their time there.

In 2005, Ahmed left academia to join NGE Solutions as a software developer. Faraz worked on various enterprise software applications during their tenure there. In 2010, they joined Nakisa as a software development manager. Faraz was promoted to Chief Technology Officer in 2016.

Under Ahmed’s leadership, Nakisa has released several innovative products that have helped the company gain a foothold in the enterprise software market. Faraz is a well-respected leader in the industry and is known for their technical expertise and vision.

Faraz Ahmed has a MSc in Software Engineering from the University of the Punjab, a Diploma in Comprehensive Project Management from McGill University, and a SCJP in Sun Certified Java Programmer from Sun. Faraz also has certifications from Stanford Online in XCS224W - Machine Learning with Graphs, XCS229i - Machine Learning, and XCS224N - Natural Language Processing with Deep Learning.
