Johnny Gee

Johnny Gee has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as a Systems Programmer at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. Johnny then moved on to Infodata Systems Inc as a Documentum Solutions Manager from 1998 to 2001. Johnny went on to start their own business, Geko Technologies, LLC, where they served as the Owner from 2001 to 2005. Johnny then joined Chemonics International as a Senior Systems Technical Lead from 2004 to 2006. Johnny then became the Chief Technology Officer & Principal Architect at Beach Street Consulting from 2006 to 2015, where they focused on strategic partnerships and technology initiatives. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Director of Process Automation Solutions at Flatirons Solutions, overseeing solution development and managing a team. Currently, Johnny works at Nakupuna Companies as a Principal System Engineer since 2018, where they provide expertise and architectural guidance to DoD customers and leads data consolidation projects.

Johnny Gee has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Technology from The George Washington University, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they also obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1995. Johnny completed their undergraduate education at the University of Maryland, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Aerospace Engineering from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their academic qualifications, Johnny has obtained several certifications, including AWS Certified Developer - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2023, Behavior-Driven Development from LinkedIn in 2022, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft in 2021, among others.
