Richard Baughman

Richard Baughman is a seasoned mechanical engineer and hardware engineering manager with extensive experience in developing and overseeing complex systems across various industries. Currently employed at NAL Research Corporation since April 2021, Baughman previously served as a mechanical engineer at BCF Solutions INC., where significant contributions included the re-engineering of the MK19 Machine Gun Mounted Optics, dramatically reducing assembly time. With a robust background that includes leadership roles in developing electromechanical enclosures, RF amplifiers, and other technological projects at companies such as Advanced Geolocation Solutions, InfoVista Network Testing, and Ericsson, Baughman's expertise spans from mechanical design to project management. Baughman's education includes an Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Design from Pittsburgh Technical College and a Mechanical Design Specialist Certificate from Technology Training Inc.
