Maisie Harley

Maisie Harley is a seasoned product management professional with a diverse background in fintech and marketing. Currently serving as a Product Manager for Growth & Activation at NALA since July 2025, Maisie previously held several key positions at SPENN Technology, including Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, and Product Designer, focusing on financial inclusion in the African and Asian markets. Earlier experience includes leadership as Head of Web Development at Mclaggan and a Resident Intern role at the United Nations, contributing to the 2020 review of the Beijing Declaration. Additionally, Maisie founded STUDJ, worked as a Student Brand Manager for Red Bull, and completed an internship at ?What If! Innovation. Maisie holds a BA Hons degree from Durham University.
