Tom Zander

Tom Zander has extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the water treatment and food and beverage industries, currently serving as the Senior Vice President & General Manager at Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, since January 2019. In this role, Tom is responsible for the strategic direction and overall performance of the North American organization, including full P&L accountability. Tom has also held multiple key positions at Ecolab since 2009, such as Senior Vice President & General Manager for Food & Beverage North America and for the Asia Pacific and Latin America regions, focusing on strategic growth and operational success. Additionally, Tom has participated on the boards of community organizations like Como Friends and Listening House, and possesses educational credentials including an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
