Biju Rajesh

Biju Rajesh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Biju currently holds the position of Head - Value Delivery and Enablement at Nallas Corporation, where they are responsible for designing and implementing processes and systems that prioritize customer and employee outcomes. Biju focuses on creating an ecosystem of enablement, empowerment, and suitable working environments for employees. Biju's role also involves designing and implementing delivery metrics to ensure each contributor is on track and encourages requesting support before incidents occur.

Prior to their current role, Biju worked as a Solutions Architect at TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited. Here, they successfully turned around a troubled project within just two months and achieved closure. Biju is adept at reimagining architecture to cut costs and simplify processes. Biju specifically worked on simplifying the dealer management system architecture, resulting in a cost reduction of 30 million INR. Additionally, they worked on core design simplification of service transactions, significantly reducing completion time from 20 minutes to 2 minutes.

Before TAFE, Biju worked as a SAP SD and Integration Manager, Project Manager, and Managing Consultant at various projects "@ Sun Pharma Implementation SAP 1610 HANA by IBM". Biju'sresponsibilities included business process consulting, sales and distribution in SAP, SAP IS Retail, SAP CRM Sales Functional Consulting and Project Management, and business analysis on SAP Hybris Ecommerce. Biju also had experience with IBM BPM and SAP Integration. Biju developed prototypes for IBM BPM/SAP Integration with OTC process simplification.

Biju also worked as a Project Manager for IBM India at a leading international telecommunications giant, managing the implementation of SAP MDM, SAP MDG, and web channel interface for product listing and delisting processes across multiple countries.

Earlier in their career, Biju gained external project management and consulting experience at Saint-Gobain, CEAT TYRES LTD., Geometric Ltd., Wockhardt, Voltas Limited, and Dalmia Cement B Ltd.

Biju Rajesh obtained a Master's degree in Applied Geology from National College, Trichy, from 1991 to 1996. Prior to that, Biju attended RSK Higher Secondary School, where they completed their AISSCE with a focus on Mathematics and Science. Later, Biju pursued a PGDBA degree in Systems and Marketing from Vellore Institute of Technology, which they completed from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, Biju has obtained several certifications including "Agile Development Practices," "Agile at Work: Driving Productive Agile Meetings," "Design Foundations: Prototyping and Manufacturing," and "Objectified" from LinkedIn in October 2019.
