Monica Kristo

Monica Kristo, CLMC, CLEP, CALT, currently serves as President of Rea Lighting, Inc., a leading distributor of high-quality LED lighting products, a position held since 2014. Additionally, Monica is a member of the Board of Directors for NALMCO, where the role includes chairing the Program Committee to develop content for annual industry events. Previous experience includes Vice President of Operations and Sales Management at Industrial Lighting Supply, where responsibilities encompassed energy management and team leadership from 2012 to 2019, and ownership of Realighting Inc. from 2014 to 2015. Monica also held positions on the Board of Directors for both the National Association of Independent Lighting Distributors (NAILD) and as Corporate Vice President at Budget Lighting Inc. from 2000 to 2011. Educational accomplishments include studies at MN School of Business and ephs.
