Laurent Lardinois

Laurent Lardinois has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Senior Embedded Software Consultant at Nalys in 2020. In this position, they provided consulting and added value services in the field of embedded software, working with technologies such as C11, C++17, and Git. Laurent then transitioned to Thales, also as a Senior Embedded Software Consultant, on behalf of Nalys. Their responsibilities involved working on secure audio/radio communication systems and developing tools and simulators using C and C++. Laurent also had experience in low latency audio programming and Linux system/network programming. Laurent's earlier work involved being a Technical Consultant and 3D Expert C++ Software Developer for Siemens Digital Industries Software, where they worked on an innovative Visualization and Immersive Training Simulator software called COMOS WalkInside. Prior to that, they were a Senior Technical Consultant at AXEASY, specializing in consulting and contract handling. Laurent also served as the CTO at Immeractive SA, where they managed software developers and initiated the 3D production process. Additionally, they worked as a Software Architect and R&D Manager for DS Improve scrl and as an IT Consultant and Software Analyst for COFELY FABRICOM - GDF SUEZ GROUP. Laurent also had experiences as a Graphics Technology Expert Consultant and C++ Developer for Isabel Group and as an IT Consultant and Software Architect for Siemens Business Services.

Laurent Lardinois began their education in 1986 at AR Uccle 1, where they earned their Secondary Education Certificate (Lyceum). Laurent attended this institution until 1992. Following this, Laurent enrolled at the Université libre de Bruxelles from 1992 to 1996, where they completed their Master's degree in Computer Sciences. In 2016, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
