Naman Howell
Joe Rivera is an attorney at Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee PLLC since September 2010, bringing over a decade of legal experience to the firm. Previously, Joe served as a law clerk for the Honorable Terry R. Means at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas from September 2008 to September 2010. Joe completed a Juris Doctor at Baylor University School of Law between 2005 and 2008 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas, earned from 2001 to 2005.
