Elizabeth Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles in the healthcare industry. Elizabeth is currently the Chief Executive Officer of MedicoCX, a group of independent specialists providing evidence-based care and reducing the cost of medical supplies and medications. Johnson is also the Co-CEO of Healthcare Advocate Summit. In 2020, they co-founded the National Association of Medication Access & Patient Advocacy (NAMAPA) and held the positions of President and Immediate Past President. Elizabeth has also spoken at public engagements, served as an Advisory Council Member for Customer Experience Program at The George Washington University School of Business, and was an Executive Committee Member for the National Board of Prior Authorization Specialists. Johnson had several roles at Allergy Partners PLLC, including Biologics Advisor and Lead Biologics Coordinator. Elizabeth also served as an Infusion Nurse at Emerald Coast Infectious Disease.

Elizabeth Johnson received their Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of West Florida from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they obtained their Licensed Practical Nurse certification from CHOICE High School and Technical Center. Later, in an unspecified year, Johnson earned their CPC credential from AAPC, completing their formal education.
