Ryn Osbourne currently serves as a Middle School English Language Arts Diverse Learner Teacher at Namaste Charter School and as a Programs and Communications Assistant at Arts Alliance Illinois. Previous roles include Individual Giving Coordinator at Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, where Ryn successfully managed donor communication projects and achieved annual fund goals through effective campaign strategies. Ryn's experience also encompasses development intern roles at the Metropolitan Planning Council and Gallery 400, focusing on research and writing for institutional giving. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education, a Master of Arts in Arts Administration and Policy from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The College of Wooster, alongside a Study Abroad semester in Arts and Social Change.

Serving Kindergarten-8th grade students in Chicago since 2004, our groundbreaking educational model combines health, wellness, and academic rigor. We instill lifelong success in a peaceful environment. Located in Chicago's McKinley Park Neighborhood, on the under-resourced southwest side, Namaste serves 480 students, the majority of whom come from low-income families and lack access to high-quality educational opportunities. At Namaste, there is no tuition or selection criteria; admission is by blind lottery.
