Taylor Sandroff is a dedicated educator currently serving as a 6th Grade Math and Science Teacher at Namaste Charter School since August 2020, focusing on differentiated instruction and fostering strong family relationships to support student growth. Prior to this role, Taylor pursued a Master’s degree in Middle-Level Education with an ELA endorsement at National Louis University while also gaining experience in recruiting operations at Facebook and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Clarity Insights. Taylor's early career includes developing client relationships at Load Delivered Logistics, as well as active participation in philanthropic efforts with the Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Education from National Louis University.

Namaste Charter School
Serving Kindergarten-8th grade students in Chicago since 2004, our groundbreaking educational model combines health, wellness, and academic rigor. We instill lifelong success in a peaceful environment. Located in Chicago's McKinley Park Neighborhood, on the under-resourced southwest side, Namaste serves 480 students, the majority of whom come from low-income families and lack access to high-quality educational opportunities. At Namaste, there is no tuition or selection criteria; admission is by blind lottery.
