Tejal's work experience begins in 2008 at Convergys, where they served as a Sr HR Executive until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Sr. HR Generalist at theorem India Services Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for drafting and revamping policies, implementing employee engagement programs, and handling grievances. Tejal then moved on to Via.com in 2014 as a Business Lead - HR until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they served as an Assistant Manager HR at SysInformation Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd. Currently, Tejal is employed at Namaste Credit, starting in 2018 as the Head of Human Resources and later promoted to the Chief Human Resources Officer in 2022.
