Ramesh Sahoo possesses 17 years of extensive experience in facility and property management, administration, vendor and service provider management, personnel management, procurement, and the operation and maintenance of various MEP services, including DG, HT/LT lines, STP, WTP, plumbing, fire fighting, and waste management. Currently serving as the Manager of Facility and Administration at Nambiar Builders since December 2020, Ramesh specializes in asset management, event management, housekeeping supervision, security management, and financial reporting. Previously, Ramesh worked as a Facility Manager at Emaar Mgf Land Limited in Gurgaon from August 2019 to April 2020. Ramesh holds a graduation degree from Utkal University.
