Alexandra Sasha Potapov is a seasoned facilities and property manager with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Unit Facilities Manager at IKEA since March 2024, Alexandra previously held the position of Commercial Property Manager at Namdar Realty Group LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing repairs and maintenance for a portfolio of over 34 properties. Additional experience includes working as a Home Inspector for ASP Inspections and managing residential properties through a private company, along with serving as a Managing Partner for Healthy Alignment, an online retail store, and as an Event Planner for E & A Festivities.
