Chris Gatewood

Chris Gatewood is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in various legal sectors, including intellectual property, entertainment, and business law. Currently serving as an Attorney at Threshold Counsel, PC since May 2010, Chris specializes in providing general counsel, startup legal services, fundraising, and intellectual property guidance. As a Co-Founder of Round Here, LLC since January 2021 and the Founder and President of Name Warden, LLC since September 2013, Chris has focused on legal technology solutions for trademark lawyers. Previous roles include EVP and General Counsel at Bay Harbor Professional Services, and Associate Attorney positions at Hirschler Fleischer, P.C., Hunton & Williams, and Venable, LLP. Chris began a career in journalism as an Assistant Editor for Virginia Lawyers Weekly and the Associated Press.
