Pauline Shane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and customer support sectors, currently serving as a Product Owner at Namecheap, Inc. since May 2015, where previous roles included Customer Support Team Lead and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Pauline worked as a freelance translator, writer, and editor from September 2010 to September 2012.
