Lara Gregorio

Lara Gregorio is a board member at NAMI California. Lara was previously an innovation and strategy consultant at Sutter Health, where they designed a vetting framework for Sutter Health's System Mental Health Team to utilize in assessing digital health solutions.

Before their time at Sutter Health, Gregorio served as Head of Health Systems at 7 Cups of Tea. In this role, they grew company revenue by 253% in 16 months and procured and managed a multi-million dollar government contract. Gregorio also negotiated and developed company strategy and growth while at 7 Cups of Tea.

Prior to their work in the private sector, Gregorio worked as a program manager and researcher at the University of California San Diego. In this role, they designed a telemedicine program in the Department of Psychiatry to better disseminate evidence-based eating disorder treatments. Gregorio also developed the infrastructure to measure efficacy of the telemedicine program and assisted in developing a research study aimed at examining the factors that contribute to successful eating disorder treatment outcomes.

Lara Gregorio has a Master’s Degree from Smith College School for Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Emory University.
