Marshea Pratt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce and community engagement within the behavioral health sector. Currently serving as Vice-President at NAMI California since March 2023, Marshea oversees initiatives that empower peers and families affected by serious mental illness. Previously, Marshea held the role of Director at NAMI California, where the focus was on enhancing community-driven programs. Additionally, Marshea is an #IAmRemarkable Facilitator, promoting the celebration of achievements in diverse networks. Marshea's background includes serving as Assistant Director of Alumni Relations at the University of the Pacific, where unique networking opportunities were created for alumni and students. Early career experience includes managing the Immunization Registry at San Joaquin County Public Health Services, where Marshea led significant improvements in vaccination record management and user enrollment.
