Janelle Elmore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting, program evaluation, and sensory research. Since 2001, Janelle has served as the Owner of Elmore Consulting. Janelle has been involved with NAMI Missouri as a Program Evaluator since April 2019 and has contributed to Kansas State University's Sensory & Consumer Research Center since March 2014. Previous roles include Program Evaluator for the Boone County Project SOAR/LANCH at the Missouri Institute of Mental Health (2015-2017) and Development Manager for Consumer Insights at Conagra Brands (2000-2001). Earlier career experience includes working as an Associate Manager in Product Evaluation at S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. and as a Senior Research Assistant for Product Guidance at Campbell Soup Company. Janelle holds an MBA in Marketing Analytics and a PhD in Food Science with a focus on Sensory Analysis from the University of Missouri-Columbia, as well as a Master’s in Food Science with a Statistics Minor from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
