Deb Demello is an accomplished executive director with extensive expertise in process excellence and change management, drawing on over 20 years of experience to enhance organizational efficiency. They have successfully led process improvement initiatives for major companies including GE Capital, Intuit, Autodesk, Charles Schwab, and Genentech, achieving significant cost savings and productivity gains. Currently serving as the Executive Director at NAMI, Demello is also a Six Sigma Blackbelt and Prosci Certified, specializing in business process management and stakeholder engagement. Their career is marked by a passion for continuous improvement and facilitating strategic organizational change. Deb holds a Bachelor of Science from St. Cloud State University and continues their education at Northwestern College.
