Elvin Mashanda Kamana is an experienced professional with expertise in project management and civil engineering. Currently serving as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Namibia Business School since January 2021, Elvin has held key roles, including Head of Strategy and Projects at NAMFISA and Member of the Board of Trustees for the NAMFISA Provident Fund. A founding member of the Project Management Institute Namibia Chapter, Elvin has contributed to the establishment of the chapter and has mentored aspiring entrepreneurs at The LaunchLab. With a comprehensive background in project management, Elvin has successfully overseen various infrastructure projects, including solar power plants and urban land servicing. Educationally, Elvin holds an MBA from Stellenbosch Business School and an Advanced Diploma in Business Project Management from the University of Cape Town, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from NUST Namibia.
