Marcus Marshall

Marcus Marshall is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and engagement with extensive experience across various roles in the entertainment and education sectors. Currently serving as a Coordinator at Skydance since May 2022, Marcus actively manages the Summer internship program and leads Social Impact initiatives aimed at closing the opportunity gap for underrepresented youth in the Film, TV, Animation, and Gaming industries. Additionally, as the President of the NAMIC Southern California Chapter, Marcus oversees programs and events for a network of over 300 professionals, focusing on networking and professional development. Previous roles include Graduate Student Services Advisor at the Academy of Art University, where Marcus enhanced student retention, and College Coach/Coordinator at College Access Now, managing impactful student programs.
