Rajiv Ravindran

Rajiv Ravindran currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience & Growth at Namma Yatri, focusing on advancing India's open mobility initiatives since April 2023. Prior to this, Rajiv held senior leadership roles at Bounce Infinity and Bounce, overseeing customer experience, inside sales, and service recovery from December 2021 to February 2023 and June 2019 to November 2021, respectively. Rajiv's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Flipkart from January 2013 to November 2018, where responsibilities spanned operations management, service delivery, strategic planning, and handling escalations. Rajiv's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Dayananda Sagar Institutions, completed in 2011.
