Morten Brandtzæg

Morten Brandtzæg is the current President & CEO at Nammo AS. Morten has been in this role since August 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President - Missile Products Division at Nammo Raufoss AS from February 2009 to August 2015.

Brandtzæg began their career in 1988 as a Finance Manager at Andreas Ugland Holding AS. Morten then became a Project Manager / Owner at a private business from January 1995 to December 1998. In January 1992, they started working at Gulf Air as a Project Manager. Morten then moved to Nammo AS in April 2004, where they became the Senior Vice President Finance & CFO. Morten held this position until February 2009.

From March 1999 to April 2004, Brandtzæg worked as the Director Operations Control Center at Braathens. In this role, they were responsible for implementing IT-systems in the Middle East.

Morten Brandtzæg has completed a Senior Executive Course at the Norwegian Defence College, a Single Pilot Multi-Engine Instrument Rating at the South Sweden School of Aeronautics, and a SERA - European Defence Industry course at the IHEDN - Institute for Higher Defence Studies in France. Morten has also completed a Driving Corporate Performance course at Harvard Business School and a Strategic Finance course at IMD. Finally, they hold a degree in Business Administration and Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
