Greg Mandeville

Greg Mandeville is a seasoned Customer Success professional with extensive experience in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Namogoo since February 2021, Greg previously held various roles at Forrester from November 2014 to February 2021, including Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Specialist. Before Forrester, Greg worked as a Business Development Representative at Signiant and as a Technical Support Specialist at The Virtual High School. Greg began their career in sales and support at North Star Leasing Company as an Inside Sales Representative and Intern. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Champlain College, earned in 2012.
