Kirk Carpenter

Kirk Carpenter currently serves as President of the Idaho Fire Chiefs Association, Inc. since April 2023 and has been the Fire Chief for both the City of Nampa, Idaho, and the Nampa Fire Protection District since April 2019. In these roles, Kirk Carpenter oversees operations and provides leadership to the Nampa Fire Department, working to support both the firefighters and the community. Prior to these positions, Kirk Carpenter held the role of Deputy Chief of Operations at the City of Nampa Fire Department from February 2017 to April 2019. Kirk Carpenter's educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from the College of Western Idaho, obtained between 2016 and 2019.
