Katie O'Kennedy

Katie O'Kennedy is a seasoned professional in the field of special education and behavior analysis, currently serving as a Special Educator at Nampa School District since June 2023 and as Director at The Arc of Idaho since January 2023. In the role at The Arc of Idaho, Katie directs multiple departments, including Developmental Therapy and community employment, while leading meetings focused on participant issues and progress. With extensive experience as a Lead Behavior Specialist at Aptitude Habilitation Services since August 2012 and a variety of leadership roles in behavior analysis settings, including Program Coordinator at Progressive Behavior Systems and Clinical Supervisor at Autism Treatment Solutions, Katie brings a rich background in both direct care and program management. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University, Katie also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Phoenix.
