Kavya I

Kavya I has been serving as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Namsbel since October 2021, responsible for comprehensive HR operations including onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, background verification, policy formulation, exit procedures, letter generation, as well as attendance and leave management. Prior to this role, Kavya I worked as an Associate HR at Kaynes Technology India Pvt Limited for a month in 2021 and gained experience as a Software Developer at ITChamps Software - SAP Consulting in the summer of 2019. Kavya I holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science and Engineering from GSSSIETW Mysore, completed in 2020, and has completed pre-university education at Hari Vidhyalaya. Additionally, early education was obtained at Notre Dame in Mysore.
