Bassem Aljalam

Bassem Aljalam has extensive experience in customer service and accounting, currently working at Namshi.com since April 2021 as a core team member, handling critical issues for VIP and VVIP clients. Previous roles include serving as an Escalation Specialist, where training and support for new agents were key responsibilities, and as a Customer Service Agent managing customer inquiries. Prior to Namshi.com, Bassem held the position of General Accountant at Secure Caders Technical Solutions from April 2020 to April 2021, overseeing financial aspects, compliance, and inventory management.
